Thank you so much for your services Friday night - it was just what I'd hoped. We really enjoyed our meal, both Friday night and Saturday lunch the next day - all the tastes and flavours were really interesting and well executed. I loved the lime flavour in the dukkah and loved those lamb kebabs and your satay sauce was awesome. All your ingredients were lovely and fresh and it was a lovely combination of casual BBQ food, yet special enough to be a treat.
We all loved the dessert, I was wanting to have it again last night!
When I came back upstairs the girls were chatting about how well you managed all the demands of the evening (changing venues upstairs and downstairs etc) and you hit the right balance of interaction and leaving us to our own company. You were very organised and we are in awe of your obvious skills with a knife!
Thanks for providing services that contributed to such a lovely evening. All the steps from planning and delivery were easy and fuss free.
We would certainly keep you in mind for future girls adventures - do you fly to Bali? And we finished the jigsaw by 10am the next day!

Myself and Tom would like to take this opportunity to thank you for providing marvellous food for our wedding!
We received many compliments from our guests on the fantastic variety of food and excellent taste. Most of all, it was fresh ingredients, which is rare to find in someone who caters for large groups. For example, one of my bridesmaids is a vegetarian, but loved your fish!! Your beetroot salad was a hit, the chicken curry was devoured and the prawn satay was eaten for lunch and dinner the following day. Each dish had a touch of Scandimaniac uniqueness which made it original and exciting. Many can cook well, but your efficiency, originality, presentation of the food and cleanliness of the kitchen is highly commendable.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services for other weddings and functions.
Last but not least, we would like to thank Matilda for her fine service!
